Vanguard is the commercial engine brand of Briggs & Stratton, built for machines that work a full shift every day. Model 5434 is a V-twin, 4-stroke, air-cooled OHV engine rated 23.1 kW (31.0 hp) @ 3,600 rpm, with full pressure lubrication with oil cleaner and a five-inch cyclonic air cleaner for dusty Saudi job sites.
